We make bad days look good on camera.
Bad Times AI started the way most trends start: someone sent a Bad Times dance video to a group chat and everyone wanted one. Most of us can't dance like that, and nobody wants to film twenty takes in their kitchen. So we built a tool that does it from a single photo.

The short story
We are a small, independent team of developers who like making silly things carefully. Bad Times AI does one job: it takes your photo, maps the Bad Times routine onto it beat by beat, and hands you back a vertical video with the sound already on it. No app to install, no subscription you forget about, no editing timeline.
How it is made
We give a video model (Seedance 2.5) the original Bad Times dance as a reference for the choreography, timing and expressions, plus your photo for who dances and where. The original dancer and room are swapped out, and we lay the original sound under the finished file. That is why the moves match the trend while the dancer looks like you and the room looks like your room.
What we are not
Bad Times AI is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram or the people behind the "Bad Times" sound. We are fans of the trend who built a tool for it.
